Convert UTC dates to local timezone offset automatically(javascript.codeislogic.com)

Setup asp.net to output UTC timestamps which on the client side are converted to the user's local timezone automatically. Simple, compliant implementation that degrades gracefully.

Not specifically related to .net, but this is a great article in general. I will be trying it out on a .NET blog I run.
