Event handling in custom JavaScript objects with AJAX.NET(elemenex.com)

The Microsoft Ajax Library provides an event model that lets you expose events in client objects. In this story i deeply explore the EventHandlerList class and the usage in AJAX.NET client framework also extend it with one method in my 'counter' example.
