Accessing HTML elements in ASP.Net 2.0(codedigest.com)

With the introduction of .Netframework 2.0 there are lots of new features added. One such thing is accessing HTML elements programmatically, meaning in Codebehind class. This gives us the power of handling some of the html elements dynamically which will be really useful in some scenarios.
