Annoying Invalid access to memory location exception solution(xerratus.com)

The error in Visual Studio 2005 "Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6). File: web.config." finally has a work around. I'm sure there are a lot of frustrated developers out there who will appreciate this article.
