Application Pool not listed in IIS 6(iismatt.com)

When recently upgrading a server from Windows 2000 to Windows Server 2003 it was noticed that the the Application Pool option was not available. After fishing around for a while it was found that IIS was running under IIS 5.0 Isolation mode
