Suggestion: Update this article showing how a page with code behind can use a Master page and make use of a page submit.

Thanks @wisemx for your visit and your comment. I made this article to discuss just the master pages design, and not everything about Master Pages. It's a very huge thing that I can never cover up in such a short post :)
