GridView Rows Navigation Using Arrow(the3factory.com)

Implementing GridView rows navigation using arrow (Up/Down) keys is easy in IE but some tricky in other web browsers. Initially when I wrote JavaScript code for it, script was working well in IE but not in other browsers.
