Its beautiful.... This article shows step by step, with clear instructions and lots of images, how to host your asp.net website on Amazon's EC2. I'm shocked at how easy it is. 1) Create account 2) Select image 3) do a little dance 4) publish your website to the cloud

EBS-backed instances and the web management console changed everything. Windows on EC2 used to be a huge pain, but not anymore.

I much prefer EC2 to any of the more locked in offerings like Azure or App Engine. On EC2 I can run Windows and Linux boxes and keep complete control of how things work.
