Impromptu is an excellent JQuery plug-in to show beautiful message boxes in web forms. It can be used to make any kind of message boxes such as alerts, confirm boxes, prompts, popup login boxes, popup input wizards etc. Even though the plug in is easy to use in static HTML, its not straight forward to use confirm messages for Asp.Net submit buttons or link buttons. This article explains how to make it work with Asp.Net
