Why Developers are Not Allowed to Work from Home?(azamsharp.com)

I consider Software Engineering a less expensive occupation to start. All you need is a decent machine which is worth a couple of hundred bucks and then you are all set to explore the world of lamdas and goto statements. Software engineering is also one of the fields in which you don’t have to physically show up at work. You can wake up and start your job in your pajamas. Strangely, most of the employers don’t allow working from home. Employers often relate working from home as watching an action movie on a 27 inch TV instead of a big screen; it just does not have the same effect. Employers also believe that when a developer is working from home he/she is slacking off and not getting any work done. Although there is some weight in their beliefs but these small problems can be resolved easily.
