C# Ping(coding.infoconex.com)

Want to create a ping utility but dont want to call out using something like Process.Start or one of the many ICMP libraries found via codeplex or google searches that dont seem to work? .net 2.0 framework has a ping feature that I just found out about. See how to use it.
