Being a C# developer, myself, I like some of the advantages of Ruby, but am not yet convinced I would gain a lot without really diving in and using Ruby, and even then it would take probably a year or so of real use for it to become 80% as natural a syntax as C# to me.

Are you all interested in learning how to expand/design/utilize C# to become more flexible like Ruby, or do you feel that it is redundant considering IronRuby?
