Image Difference Utility(atalasoft.com)

The Atalasoft Image Difference utility lets you see the difference between two images or all of the differences in two directories of images. This is very useful when you want to be able to see the difference between two versions of a document or a directory of documents.
Simply open the two files (or directories) and then click on the thumbnail of the image that you want to compare. You can see the differences as either a pixel map (darker = difference) or have the utility animate the difference by quickly flipping between the two images.
