Query string extension methods for System.UriBuilder(petemontgomery.wordpress.com)

The System.UriBuilder class gives you additional security and correctness over manipulating URL strings, but inexplicably lacks support for manipulating query strings. A convenient API can be grafted with a couple of extension methods, GetQueryParams() and SetQueryParam(...).
