What isn’t RIGHT with var(developmentalmadness.com)

Don’t try using the argument around me that “it is a shortcut” or “it saves time”. Unless you develop using notepad (or some variant thereof) it does not save time. Intellisense has beat it everytime I’ve made the comparison. There have been draws/ties, I’ll admit. But never has var saved me a single keystroke.

Nice comment, why don't you be more specific? Your criticism is useless and unsubstantiated, and makes you look bad, not the original poster.

What is wrong with his post? I don't think there were any problems per se, maybe just things I personally disagree with, but that's a style issue. There is no "right" way to do certain things, there are personal preferences.
