If you have a .NET application and are working with image files, Image objects, and PictureBox controls, you maye have run into the "This file is locked by another processs" error, or perhaps the "unknown GDI+ error" message. If you have, read this. Heck, read it even if you have not seen this error, you will avoind it in the future...
