Or alternatavily just have a look in: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\InstallMembership.sql you may need to run InstallCommon.SQL before that which is in the same folder. In the .Net framework installation folder you will find plenty of sql scripts for various scenarios ;-)
