Wow, I was just trying to figure out how to do this. Maybe you can look at my recent commit and replace my SP with a join query for page counting.

Those SubSonic guys are good, they accept feature requests telepathically.

I'll have a look tomorrow at if we can replace the stored procedures using this new SubSonic feature.
