What SDLC methodology do you use? Have you found that all of them have some big holes? We think that we have come across a hybrid approach that combines the best of Waterfall and Agile Scrum. Sounds like an oxymoron, we know, but this novel approach has been working for us for the past year or so and we want to share it with others who may benefit.
