Update for IE to be included in Vista SP1, XP SP3 and standalone update available starting in December.

I'd be more excited about full CSS 2 compliance, instead of this continuous marketing kabuki dance b.s. that passes as "news" from the IE team these days.

the click to activate never bothered me. i use IE 80% of the time
