LINQ to NHibernate, IEnumerable vs IQueryable(genericerror.com)

LINQ is pretty cool but there are some subtleties to watch out for. Learn from someone elses experiences making sure only the necesary queries are making it through to the database.

Title is somewhat misleading, as this behavior is NOT specific to LINQ to NHibernate at all, but to any data provider (including LINQ to SQL), as they all use IQueryable.
