Mono the open source implementation of CLI/CLR on Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac ... etc has announced that they are committed to support C# 3.0 & LINQ

Kind of misleading though, since, as I understand it, Miguel is not committed to supporting WPF, which I think is really what the devs were trying to asking him.

I remember reading a post by Miguel a while back stating they were going to support WPF. He was pretty hesitant for a while, but he got on board a month or so ago.

Is that right? Ah, thanks for the info. I'm surprised, frankly, after having read his thorough trashing of the new UI framework several months back.

hey guys, WPF and the whole .net 3.0 is not part of C# 3.0 and vise versa, I think Miguel means that Mono will support new language syntax stuff like Lmbda expressions and LINQ stuff
