As we're getting closer to ASP.NET MVC RTM release, guys in the community are trying to prepare developers for this new framework. In this post Keyvan Nayyeri has explained a step-based procedure on how to learn ASP.NET MVC. Since he is the co-author of Wrox Beginning ASP.NET MVC I think his proposed procedure is useful for all ASP.NET MVC lovers.

As a quick note: technically there is a difference between authors and co-author based on several factors and I'm an author of Beginning ASP.NET MVC 1.0 not a co-author.
