Configuring msysgit for improved awesome(mullr.wordpress.com)

msysgit is a pretty good port, but anybody who’s used a mac or any unix machine with a real terminal emulator will be immediately dismayed to find out that its shell runs inside the regular cmd.exe window. Which is crap. This is how to make it not crap.
