We opened our doors in 2009 with the intent to build a world class virtual team of hot-shot asp.net web developers. I intend to share some of the lessons we've learned along the way. I'm here to share what I've learned about finding and hiring the best talent around the globe, managing a remote workforce, and communicating effectively across great distances and timezones.
