I'd say the reason that the author of this article is not getting "10 times the pay" is because most of tfa does not make grammatical sense. Even the title of the article is grammatically incorrect. Maybe he should realize there is more to being a developer than writing code in the shortest amount of time. I wouldn't pay someone that writes like that much either.
