My favorite in .Net in your list Asp.Net MVC, followed by Asp.Net Webforms.

I would have to say that INotifyPropertyChanged, Extension Methods, and Linq are in my top ten...maybe I'll have to flesh out the list a bit more and post it :-)
Linq in particular is insanely useful.
