NeoSmart Technologies' review of {smartassembly}, a one-click .NET obfuscator, optimizer, and deployment utility. In NeoSmart's testing, it's obfuscation was irreversible, and the memory footprint of the test application was decreased exponentially several times over. Excellent, nifty, easy-to-use, yet relatively unknown tool that'll make your managers drool!

I tried that software as well but was not convinced. Reflector showed the code clearly after obfuscation and the results were not as good as with dotfuscator, imo.

Are you sure?
Reflector crashes with an unhandled exception when opening code obfuscated with {smartassembly} in my experience....
