Weeks ago Microsoft published the Silverlight Rough Cut Editor (RCE), an application we created with Microsoft and that was used for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. One of the main features used during the Olympics was the ability to generate Composite Stream Manifests (CSM) based on projects the editors created using the Rough Cut Editor.
