How to create a gold and sparkly title using Silverlight and Blend(advertboy.wordpress.com)

I saw a great tutorial in adobe photoshop that shows how to make a beautiful gold title. I wanted to recreate this effect using SilverLight and Blend. I want to show others that what can be done with Photoshop can also be accomplished using Blend/Silveright.
