Reusing .NET Assemblies in Silverlight(netfxharmonics.com)

Visual Studio 2008 doesn't allow Silverlight to reference ".NET assemblies". This document explains that there's absolutely no technical reason for this since .NET assemblies ARE Silverlight assemblies, then it shows you how to make the reference work.

dude i tried first method of changing the assembly but i getting an error while running the page. Error is

Code: 2105
Category: InitializeError
Message: "Failed to load pre-requisites for this application"

can you tell what mistakes i made please.
