Silverlight: ScrollViewer horizontal resize layout bug and workaround(nablasoft.com)

Describes a Silverlight bug whereby controls inside a ScrollViewer may not lay out correctly after a horizontal resize. I personally experienced this bug with datagrids inside a scrollviewer not being rearranged after maximizing the browser window, and this article's fix worked perfectly in my case.
