Silverlight: how to build a simple Menu Control(nablasoft.com)

In my current project I needed to use a dynamic Menu Control (a completely declarative approach hardcoding the structure in XAML wasn’t a good fit for my application cause I need to dynamically add, remove, enable and disable menu items).
