TextBox Watermark in Silverlight 4

In Silverlight 4, TextBox has a Watermark property. However, Microsoft has not implemented it. This post discusses this issue in detail.

That's so odd that they would let that slip through, you'd think test coverage would fail considering it throws a NotImplementedException.
