Ruby.NET 0.9 released (first community OS version)

Ruby.NET is a compiler that translates Ruby source code into .NET intermediate code. They are close to a release (I think Msft licensed some of their code for IronRuby) and it might be worthwhile investigating if you can't wait for the DLR and IronRuby.
