Introducing SPDeploy

SPDeploy is a tool that allows developers to create SharePoint customizations inside Visual Studio, then package and deploy those changes to a remote SharePoint server. With SPDeploy you can create a project that contains SharePoint customizations and deploy those customizations to a remote SharePoint server in 10 minutes or less. SPDeploy consists of an MSBuild extension and a Visual Studio Project template.
