LINQ to SQL Part 1

I'm sure everyone so far has at least heard of LINQ. If you haven't, it is Microsoft's new technology for Language Integrated Querying. LINQ is part of the upcoming 3.5 .Net Framework which will be part of Visual Studio 2008 ( codename Orcas ).
