This story goes over the ad campaign of Telligent for their new Dot Net based Graffiti CMS and how they "based" Wordpress. Telligent turned a non-open source product into a buzz when it slammed Wordpress. Graffiti is based on dot net and some people took their ad to mean that php is unsafe.
