404 on SiteCacheRefresh.axd

You can get a 404 HTTP status when trying to refresh the site cache if your site is running under a specific HTTP Header. Commerce Server tries to access the AXD through the <SERVERNAME>/<APPNAME>/SiteCacheRefresh.axd URI.
