Macro To Switch Between CPP and H File in Visual Studio

If you work in managed C++, the ability to quickly switch between the header and the source files saves a lot of time. This article shows how to write a macro to do this and shows you how to bind it to a keystroke. Even if you don't use managed C++, it is a good introduction to writing macros in Visual Studio.

OMFG! Sorry for the profanity but I should have either sought this out or written it myself, YEARS AGO! Thank you!!!
