SubSonic BlogProvider for BlogEngine.net  (Unpublished)

Here is a new BlogProvider for BlogEngine.net which uses a SubSonic generated data access layer. It uses the same schema as the existing MSSQLBlogProvider. SubSonic + BlogEngine.net = .net Open Source goodness!
