CA1816 - Dispose Pattern

Warning CA1816 : Microsoft.Usage : Change 'xxx.Dispose()' to call 'GC.SuppressFinalize(object)'. This will prevent unnecessary finalization of the object once it has been disposed and it has fallen out of scope.
