Serious Visual Studio 2008 install bug that can break your builds

When Visual Studio 2008 installs you can run the VS 2008 command prompt. But beware if you have already have ( or ) in your PATH system environment variable. The prompt won't load properly and csc.exe and msbuild.exe won't work. Here's how you fix it.
