Developers Rate Satisfaction with Their IDEs

Programmers spend a huge amount of time in the integrated development environment, where they write, debug and optimize their applications. A new Evans Data report identifies the IDEs that make developers say, "Boy, do I love this tool!" The top-ranked IDE is IBM's Rational Application Developer. Visual Studio is towards the top, though.
