Developing with Windows Server 2008 VMWare Virtual Machines

For awhile now I have been enjoying the freedom of developing with virtual machines. The biggest advantage it has given me is the freedom to run any host operating system I want (Windows, Linux or Mac). This article describes how to setup Windows Server 2008 for development using VMWare and includes lots of tips no matter which host OS you run.
