Silverlight: simulate a ‘Windows’ desktop app. 3 (Resizable Window)

A set of controls which allow the simulation of a Windows Forms application in a Silverlight environment. The form content can be defined at runtime, the window template is completely customizable; each window can be created declaratively or by code and has complete support for dragging and resizing; new features added: template revised, resizing from any side and corners, autoscroll if the content is wider than the window itself.
