Simple Multi-Threaded Queued Job Management Implementation

Today I'll talk about Multi-Threaded Queued Job Management Implementation with C#. We often need to make some work asynchronously on Windows Forms Application or ASP.NET Web Applications like (Sending Mails, Sending SiteMap Pings, Sending Blog PingServices ....). In order to not slow down our Application we need to start these Jobs in separated Threads.
