Debugging tips and tricks for Visual Studio

The Visual Studio Debugger contains a few features mentioning, which we should all use and take advantage of. I'm sure there will be many who allready know about the Breakpoint Conditions, Hit count and filters, but there will be plenty who don't. For these people this would almost be mandatory to read.
