Quick Fix for the BlogEngine.Net

When I first launched the DotNetBlogger site I found two a small problems with the Contact.aspx.cs page that was preventing the contact form from submitting me the email. 1) It was saying it was being sent when it wasn't 2) When I fixed that issue, it was sending to my notification address and I was not receiving the message at my personal address.
