Avoiding Busby SEO Test Comment Spammer For BlogEngine

Not very sure what is the Busby SEO Test Project, but it seems to be a f***** project for Blog Comment Spamming. I’ve a lot of no sense spam comments on my blog. Here is a simple way to avoid them to post spam comments for BlogEngine.
